The first pass of edits for The Curse of Ankhu (and its included short story) are now complete! I’ll be editing it again soon, and I hope to be done with proofs sometime in August for a fall release.
Crunch time is by no means over, however. I have another big goal for this year: finishing my largest werewolf nonfiction work to date. You’d think I’m talking about Werewolf Facts, but I’m not. That one will come later. I’m talking about my werewolf folklore story collection that has grown into an ambitious project and will be the coolest book you’ve ever picked up on werewolf folklore and the legend’s history. I’m reassessing the work’s title to better reflect that it is both a history of the legend and also a collection of primary source stories (yes, including Otia Imperialia in my own English translation). More for patrons below the cut!
Expect a whole lot more news about fiction and nonfiction very soon!
